JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media & Listings Coordinator to support both digital marketing initiatives and daily listing administration. This role is ideal for a proactive all-rounder who can balance creative content creation with structured operational tasks. You will play a key role in growing the brand’s online presence while ensuring property listings are accurately managed and consistently updated.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

Design and create high-quality graphics, visual assets, and video content for social media posts and paid advertising
Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style) to increase engagement and reach
Plan and execute content strategies that build brand awareness and grow a targeted audience
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Support lead generation through consistent posting and content optimization
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices

Listings & Administrative Management

Upload, update, and manage daily rental listings on websites and listing platforms (training provided)
Maintain and monitor vacancy sheets, ensuring all listings are accurate and up to date
Add, edit, or remove property listings as they come on or off the market
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all listing platforms

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
Experience in video editing for social media content
Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth and engagement
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of both creative and administrative tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate or property listing platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Experience with CRM systems or workflow management tools
