JOB OVERVIEW
Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing VA -- Personal branding and marketing operations support / Part-Time | Remote | Approx. 20 hrs/week | Tuesday - Friday morning between 8:30am - 10am AEST for community management and other hours are TBC

ABOUT US
We are a growing remote team looking for a Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing VA to join us on an ongoing basis, supporting our business through content design, ---------- munity management, connection outreach, scheduling, and monthly reporting. We work closely with our tea ---------- mbers to deliver high-quality support across our operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for consistently maintaining and using our existing documented processes, templates, and workflows to deliver day-to-day social media and LinkedIn marketing tasks across content design, video editing, ---------- munity management, connection outreach, scheduling, and reporting. This is not a guesswork role. Processes, templates, and reference guides are already in place, and training will be given. The expectation is straightforward -- do the job well, communicate proactively, and ask when unsure rather than assume. A win in your first 30 days looks like: content design and video editing delivered accurately against briefs and deadlines, community management and connection requests completed consistently and on schedule each week, the task tracker kept fully up to date, and client deadlines met without needing to be chased.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Design and Video Editing
- Consistently maintain and use the existing Canva template system to produce social media content from written briefs, approximately 36 pieces per fortnight across multiple client accounts, rotating templates and brand colours so no single option repeats consecutively.
- Edit face-to-camera videos in CapCut, including b-roll and voiceover sequencing, approximately 10 to 12 videos per month across client accounts.
---------- munity Management and Outreach
- Manage ---------- munity engagement across multiple client accounts, approximately 90 comments per week in total, following each client's documented tone of voice and process, plus an afternoon check for replies.
- Flag any negative comments on client posts according to the documented escalation process.
- Send LinkedIn connection requests using Sales Navigator, approximately 100 per week across multiple client profiles, ensuring the weekly target is consistently met.
Scheduling and Reporting
- Schedule approved content across LinkedIn and Instagram using the established GHL scheduling workflow.
- Consistently use the existing reporting template and prompt to produce monthly client reports comparing performance to the previous month, covering patterns, opportunities, and recommended pivots.
- Keep the Notion task tracker up to date for full visibility of task status and deadlines.

TOOLS YOU WILL USE
- Marketing Automation and Scheduling: GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Design and Editing: Canva, CapCut
- Organisation and Communication: Notion, WhatsApp
- Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Productivity: Google Workspace and Spreadsheets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience with social media and LinkedIn marketing operations.
- Experience consistently executing documented processes, templates, or SOPs accurately and reliably.
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Notion, and GoHighLevel.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools such as Sales Navigator.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive communicator -- over-communicates rather than under-communicates.
- Knows when to problem-solve independently and when to escalate.
- Specific industry experience is not required -- personality, communication quality, and reliability matter most.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- High-speed, stable internet connection with backup data in case of power outages or service interruptions.
- Mobile phones, tablets, and iPads are not accepted as primary work devices.
- A working computer or laptop with up-to-date software capable of running Canva, CapCut, Notion, and GoHighLevel smoothly.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Part-time, fully remote.
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Tuesday - Friday morning between 8:30am - 10am AEST for community management and other hours are TBC, Australian Business Hours.
- Ongoing engagement with no fixed end date.
- Strong long-term growth potential for the right person.
