We are a U.S.-based online education company that enrolls students into professional certification programs such as IT certifications, cybersecurity, and project management (PMP).
We are looking for a high-performing Social Media Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to turn social media attention into real prospects and scheduled calls with our admissions team.
This role is not just posting content. Your success will be measured by appointments generated and prospects who show up to speak with our team.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Your primary goal is to generate qualified prospects through social media and convert them into booked calls with our admissions team.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
• Generating inbound leads through organic marketing
• Managing comments, messages, and inquiries from prospects
• Converting social media interest into scheduled admissions calls
• Running outreach campaigns and engagement strategies
• Creating short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Monitoring lead activity and reporting daily results
• Working closely with our sales team to coordinate booked calls

Experience with paid social advertising is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Base Salary:
$1,000 – $1,600 per month depending on experience.
Performance Bonus:
$10 for every qualified appointment that shows up for a scheduled call with our admissions team.
A strong performer can earn significant monthly bonuses by consistently generating booked calls.

Must be dependable and responsive during scheduled working hours.
