Part-Time Social Media & Lead Generation Coordinator
Company: Duck Weed
Location: Remote
Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Duck Weed is looking for a smart, organised Social Media & Lead Generation Coordinator to support marketing for our business and a small group of clients.

This role is not just about posting on social media. The most important part of this job is generating leads through marketing campaigns.

You will help plan content, brief our designer, and run lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You will also help manage funnels in Kartra to capture and nurture leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help plan social media strategy for Duck Weed and clients
Develop content ideas and brief our graphic designer
Coordinate content across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and TikTok
Set up and manage Meta lead generation campaigns
Build and manage funnels in Kartra
Track campaign performance and improve results

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong experience running Meta lead generation campaigns
Experience building lead generation funnels

Kartra experience is desirable
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects

Important
We are looking for someone who understands how marketing generates real enquiries, not just engagement or likes.
You must be able to show proof of lead generation results.
