Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Social Media Interaction Representative to support evenings and weekends. This role requires hands-on experience with social media platforms—particularly TikTok and Meta Business tools—paired with strong customer service instincts.
You’ll work closely with the Social Media and Customer Experience teams to ensure fast, accurate, and on-brand interactions that create a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries across social platforms regarding products, policies, order status, shipping, delivery, and general support
• Assist with social engagement strategy, including post replies, story reposting, and tagged comment responses
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all social communications
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and a solution-oriented mindset
• Manage order-related requests, including updates, modifications, cancellations, replacements, and escalations
• Investigate and resolve customer issues creatively, acting as a problem-solver across orders, products, and shipping challenges
• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat engagement
• Support post-purchase communication with customers via social platforms
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information while coordinating across internal teams
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely order resolution
• Support delayed order investigations and follow-ups
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as needed
