We're launching the only officially licensed popcorn for America's 250th birthday — Stars & Stripes Kettle Corn by Allpop — at Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Kroger, and hundreds of retailers across the United States in June 2026. This is a real, nationally distributed product tied to America250, the Congressionally-established celebration of the nation's semiquincentennial.
We need a sharp, experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to own our creator outreach and social media execution during a critical 60-day launch window. This is not a general VA role. You will have clear ownership over our single most important growth channel.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Creator Discovery: Build and maintain a target list of 150+ Instagram and TikTok creators across food, snack review, lifestyle, family, patriotic, and sports/ballpark content niches.
Outreach at Scale: Send 15-20 personalized DMs and
Product Seeding Coordination: Manage the logistics of shipping 100+ influencer kits, track deliveries and responses, and convert one-time creators into repeat brand advocates.
UGC Monitoring & Amplification: Monitor tagged posts, mentions, and hashtag activity daily. Repost creator content to brand accounts. Engage authentically with every creator who features the product.
Social Media Support: Post pre-approved content using Canva templates and AI-generated captions via Buffer or Later. Maintain content calendar.
Performance Reporting: Weekly dashboard updates on outreach volume, response rates, posts generated, reach, and engagement metrics.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT:
You're not juggling random admin tasks. You have one focused mission: get our product into the hands of creators and drive awareness.
The product is visually stunning (edible red and blue glitter on white kettle corn) and has a powerful story — creators WANT to post this. Your outreach will have a high response rate because the product sells itself.
You'll work directly with the founder. Daily async check-in (Loom/voice note), one 30-minute weekly video call. No micromanagement — we need someone who runs the operation, not someone who waits for instructions
This is the first product launch for a growing company. Strong performance here means real growth opportunities as we scale.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of influencer marketing experience (sourcing, outreach, relationship management)
Proven experience with Instagram and TikTok creator outreach for product-based brands
Strong written English — your DMs and
Proficiency with Canva for basic graphic creation from templates
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafting — or eagerness to learn quickly
Highly organized — comfortable maintaining detailed trackers and CRMs
Self-starter mentality — you flag problems, suggest improvements, and don't wait to be told what's next
BONUS SKILLS (not required but valued):
Experience with influencer platforms (
Video editing with CapCut or similar tools
Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Ability to create original short-form video content with product
Familiarity with food, snack, or CPG brand marketing
