Job Title: Social Media Manager / Social Media Guru

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager (Social Media Guru) who has deep expertise across all major social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, generating leads, and executing high-impact social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with excellent communication skills and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage end-to-end content creation, including planning, writing, editing, and posting.
Build and grow brand presence, engagement, and follower base across all channels.
Plan and launch campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Manage comments, messages, and community engagement to maintain a strong brand voice.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies with business goals.
Oversee paid social campaigns and ad performance (if applicable).

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
Experience in lead generation, branding, and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
