About Me:
I'm a content manager at a leading AI company and run a YouTube affiliate marketing education business on the side. I'm looking for a social media manager to grow my personal presence on X and LinkedIn — turning my expertise in AI, content strategy, and affiliate marketing into a consistent, engaging presence on both platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Write and schedule 5-7 posts per week across X and LinkedIn (mix of threads, short-form takes, carousels, and text posts) using Buffer
- Repurpose my existing content (YouTube videos, course material, insights) into platform-native posts — I'll send you ideas, direction, and photos to work from
- Research trending topics in AI, creator economy, and affiliate marketing to inform content angles
- Engage with relevant accounts — reply, quote-tweet, and comment to grow visibility
- Track growth metrics weekly (followers, impressions, engagement rate) and report what's working
- Study top-performing creators in similar niches and adapt proven formats
- All posts will be reviewed by me before going live
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have flawless written English and strong copywriting skills — this is non-negotiable
- Have experience growing X and/or LinkedIn accounts (share examples or case studies)
- Write in a direct, conversational tone — not corporate or generic
- Take ownership and show initiative — I want someone who brings ideas and drives the content calendar, not someone who waits to be told what to post
- Understand the AI and creator economy space (or are eager to learn fast)
- Are comfortable with ghostwriting — posts go out under my name and voice
- Are proficient with Buffer for scheduling and content management
- Available for weekly async check-ins
To Apply:
1. Share a link to accounts you've managed or grown, or examples of past social media work
2. Record a webcam video (1-5 minutes) introducing yourself, explaining why you're a good fit, and how you'd approach growing the accounts in the first 30 days
Compensation: Open to discuss based on experience. Looking for a long-term collaborator, not a one-off hire.
