JOB OVERVIEW

**Social Media Growth Strategist (Influencer Brand | Content + UGC + Monetization | Full-Time | Remote)**

We are building a **family-based social media brand (humor + lifestyle)** with the goal of reaching **100K+ followers and generating $10K+/month** through content, brand deals, and UGC.

We are looking for someone who can **own our growth strategy**, not just manage posts.

This role is for someone who understands:
How content goes viral
How to turn trends into original content
How to grow AND monetize a creator brand

**Your Role**

You will act as our **Growth Strategist & Content Lead**, helping us:

* Plan what content to create every week
* Turn trends into **on-brand, humorous family content**
* Analyze what’s working and double down on it
* Guide us toward **monetization (UGC, brand deals, etc.)**

**Responsibilities**

**1. Content Strategy & Planning**

* Build a weekly content plan (15–30 short-form videos)
* Create **hooks, ideas, and simple scripts**
* Develop repeatable content formats for growth

**2. Trend Research**

* Find trending content daily on TikTok/IG/YouTube
* Adapt trends into **our brand voice (family + humor)**
* Bring fresh ideas every week

**3. Growth Optimization**

* Analyze performance (views, retention, shares)
* Identify what’s working and adjust strategy
* Help us consistently improve content quality and reach

**4. Filming Direction**

* Prepare a **clear shot list for our weekly content day**
* Tell us exactly what to film and how
* Make content creation simple and efficient

**5. Monetization Support**

* Help position content for **brand deals & UGC opportunities**
* Suggest content that attracts sponsorships
* Identify opportunities to start generating revenue

**What We’re Looking For**

* Experience growing or contributing to **social media accounts** (REQUIRED)
* Deep understanding of **short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)**
* Strong instinct for **hooks, humor, and relatability**
* Ability to turn trends into **original content ideas**
* Analytical mindset (can explain WHY content performs)
* Proactive and takes ownership

This is **NOT** a basic social media manager role.

We are looking for someone who:

* Thinks like a **creator and strategist**
* Can take ownership of growth
* Ideally works **full-time and is not heavily committed to multiple clients**

**Bonus Skills**

* Experience with influencer brands or UGC
* Basic video editing knowledge
* Experience scaling accounts to **50K–100K+ followers**
