Glenty SA is a Swiss holding company building three tech ventures at once:
• Centuris — A decentralized crypto exchange (DEX) with a proprietary index token (TOPX)
• Spark — Premium connected hardware (flagship: Swisscase, a smart case for Rolex watches)
• Unity — An AI-powered local assistant with intelligent routing (pre-launch)
The founder is a 33-year-old Swiss entrepreneur who travels the world full-time. He needs a sharp, hungry social media operator who can build and grow the online presence of all three brands AND his personal founder brand from scratch.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be posting templates for a boring corporate page. You'll be building the digital identity of a founder and his companies across crypto, luxury tech, and AI. If you're the kind of person who checks their analytics before breakfast, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH (75% of your time)

• Own and operate 5-6 accounts across Instagram,
• Create and publish daily content: posts, Reels, Stories, threads, carousels, short-form videos
• Build platform-specific growth strategies for each brand and the founder's personal account
• Engage daily: reply to comments, answer DMs, build relationships with key accounts in each niche
• Research trending formats, hooks, sounds, and hashtags — and implement them fast
• Track analytics weekly: followers, engagement rate, reach, impressions. Report what works and what doesn't
• Source and repurpose content: UGC, industry news, competitor insights
• Brief the founder on what content to capture during his travels (photo/video shot lists)
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TASKS (25% of your time)

• Manage DMs across all platforms: filter, respond, and flag important messages
• Handle partnership and collaboration requests (respond, negotiate, schedule calls)
• Research tasks: competitor analysis, influencer/creator sourcing, industry trend reports
• Sourcing: find photographers, videographers, models, and agencies for brand content shoots
• Light admin: file organization, tool management, updating spreadsheets

3. Spark — IG, TikTok, YouTube
Luxury product showcase, Swisscase for Rolex. Visual-first, premium feel, desire-driven.
4. Unity — X, LinkedIn
AI industry commentary, product teasers, tech community. Build pre-launch audience.

SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
===========================
MUST-HAVE:
• Proven experience growing social media accounts for businesses (show us the numbers — not just your personal page)
• Native or near-native English — US market-ready copy with zero grammar errors
• Strong knowledge of Instagram (Reels, Stories, algorithm),
• Design skills: Canva is the minimum. You should be able to create clean, scroll-stopping posts and carousels
• Basic photo retouching: color correction, cropping, filters — make average photos look professional
• Basic video editing: CapCut, InShot, or similar — cut Reels, add text overlays, sync to music
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Self-starter — you don't wait for instructions, you bring ideas and solutions
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week) with flexibility to overlap US and European time zones
NICE-TO-HAVE (will set you apart):
• Experience with crypto/Web3/DeFi content
• Experience with luxury or premium brand positioning
• Paid ads experience (Meta Ads,
• YouTube/TikTok SEO and optimization knowledge
• Photography or videography direction skills
For advanced design work, complex video production, or specialized tasks beyond your skill set, you can brief and coordinate external professionals — the founder covers those costs. Your job is to be the creative director of the content pipeline, not necessarily do everything yourself.
