JOB OVERVIEW

VOdS Luxe Beauty is a growing beauty and wellness brand focused on skincare, anti-aging, and confidence for women 40+. We are building a strong online presence and are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused tea ---------- mber to take FULL ownership of our organic social media growth, engagement, and lead conversion process.

This role is responsible for generating visibility, building relationships, and turning conversations into customers and potential partners.

This is NOT a basic posting role. This is a performance-based role focused on results.

???? Core Responsibilities
Social Media Growth (Daily Execution)
Post 10–15 short-form videos daily across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Repurpose content across all platforms
Post consistently inside Facebook groups (5–10 posts daily)
Stay on top of trends and adapt content quickly
Maintain consistent daily posting without supervision
Engagement & Relationship Building
Comment on 50–100 targeted posts daily to increase visibility
Send and respond to 30–50 direct messages daily
Build genuine relationships with followers
Start conversations from comments, stories, and posts
Drive engagement through natural, friendly communication
Sales & Conversion
Identify potential customers and recommend products based on their needs
Guide conversations toward a sale in a natural, non-pushy way
Follow up with leads consistently
Support purchasing decisions and next steps
Recruitment & Affiliate Outreach (Light Focus)
Identify potential beauty professionals, affiliates, and partners
Introduce opportunities to earn through promoting products or joining the network
Support initial onboarding conversations when needed
CRM Management

Experience with GoHighLevel is required

Input and manage leads daily
Update pipeline stages (New Lead, Contacted, Engaged, Customer)
Tag leads by platform source (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Track conversations and follow-ups
Keep CRM organized and accurate
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track and report DAILY:

Number of posts
Number of comments
Number of DMs started
Number of leads generated
Conversions (when applicable)

Provide weekly insights on performance and improvements.

10–15 videos posted
50–100 comments
30–50 DMs

CRM updated daily

???? Role Clarity (Important)

This role focuses on DRIVING TRAFFIC, STARTING CONVERSATIONS, and GENERATING LEADS.

You will:

Create and post content
Engage and communicate with potential customers
Drive leads into the system

You will NOT be responsible for:

Building websites
Creating funnels or automations
Backend system setup

You will work alongside a separate Systems Manager who builds and maintains the backend infrastructure.

???? Compensation
Starting rate: $5/hour (first 30 days – trial period)
Performance-based raise after 30 days to $5.50–$6/hour
Additional raise at 90 days to $6–$7/hour based on performance and results

Raises are based on:

Consistency in daily output
Engagement and communication quality
Lead generation and conversion support
CRM accuracy
Reliability and professionalism

Performance Bonuses Available:

Weekly bonuses for hitting content and engagement targets
Bonuses for lead generation and conversions

Experience managing or growing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Experience using GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, tagging)
Strong written English communication
Comfortable initiating conversations and selling via DM
Fast execution (speed over perfection)
Organized and self-managed
