We’re building a fast-growing digital brand focused on content, podcasts, and social media. We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Growth Manager who understands how to grow an audience, not just manage posts.
This role is for someone who studies content, understands trends, and knows how to turn ideas into high-performing posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You will work directly with the Creative Director to help scale the brand, increase engagement, and drive consistent growth across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily posting on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Build and maintain a structured weekly content calendar
Write engaging captions that drive clicks, shares, and interaction
Research trends, sounds, and viral formats across platforms
Identify what’s working and suggest new content ideas
Analyze performance and report on growth, engagement, and reach
Organize content assets, files, and workflows
Coordinate content releases for podcasts, clips, and campaigns
Assist with creator outreach and collaborations
Repurpose long-form content into short-form opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Knows what makes content go viral and how to replicate it
Able to spot trends early and apply them to a brand
Highly organized and consistent with execution
Self-starter who can take direction and run with it
Strong communication and attention to detail
This Role Is NOT For You If
You only have experience posting content without focusing on growth
You don’t actively study social media trends
You need constant direction to complete tasks
Bonus Skills
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Experience growing a brand or personal page
Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
Experience working with influencers or creators
