Job Title

Social Media Growth Manager (Content + Community + Meta Ads + Reporting)

Overview

We’re hiring a reliable Social Media Growth Manager to run day-to-day social execution across a small portfolio of UK brands:
• Medica Universal (GP-led healthcare + weight loss) - Medica.Universal (IG)
• Rosetta Property Company (UK property investment + HMOs + short-term rentals) - RosettaProperties (IG)
• Dr Perminder (personal brand content: health, business, and leadership)
• Moonstar Media (creative/content brand supporting video, storytelling, and production)

This is an execution role with clear SLAs. You will work in ClickUp, follow workflows, publish consistently, and report weekly. You will also repurpose SEO blogs into newsletters and social assets.

Hours (UK time)

10 hours/week to start, with fixed daily cover windows required.
Hours are expected to increase over the next 2–3 months if performance is strong.

Pay

Base: $4/hr
Performance add-ons available (based on outputs, reliability, KPIs, and growth metrics)

Non-Negotiables
• ClickUp is the source of truth (no WhatsApp-only working)
• Weekly output targets and reporting are mandatory
• Clear communication and reliability are essential

Core Responsibilities
1. Content execution + scheduling

• Build and maintain a weekly content plan
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (and other platforms as assigned)
• Keep a clean content calendar with deadlines and approvals

2. Community management + engagement

• Respond to comments and DMs within agreed response windows
• Use templates/SOPs to follow up leads and move them to booking/enquiry steps

3. Meta Ads support (important)

• Set up and manage basic Meta campaigns (lead form + traffic + retargeting) OR support and coordinate ads delivery if you are not fully advanced
• Track spend, leads, CPL, and outcomes
• Report performance weekly with clear next steps

4. Repurposing workflow (important)

• Convert approved SEO blogs into:
• newsletters (email format)
• carousels (6–10 slides)
• short captions and posts
• Follow our templates and workflow (brief ? draft ? approval ? schedule ? report)

5. Weekly reporting

• Submit a weekly report every Friday (what shipped + metrics + what’s next)

SLAs (must agree)
• ClickUp updates: every assigned task must have “Next step + ETA” (no reactions-only updates)
• Response time: acknowledge messages within 24 hours on working days (within cover windows faster)
• Weekly deliverables:
• content plan posted in ClickUp by Monday 12pm UK
• minimum 5-10 posts scheduled/published per week (platform split agreed)
• engagement log updated
• weekly report by Friday 5pm UK

• Meta Business Suite
Bonus: Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo (or similar), basic analytics
