We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Social Media Growth Manager to help scale multiple brands across industries including real estate, healthcare, tax services, beauty/wellness, ecommerce, digital products, and service-based businesses.

As a Social Media Growth Manager, you will oversee the growth, content strategy, automation, and monetization of multiple social media accounts. Your work will directly impact audience growth, lead generation, sales performance, and brand visibility across several businesses.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing viral content strategies
Researching trends and viral opportunities daily
Creating content calendars and optimizing posting schedules
Increasing engagement (comments, shares, saves)
Managing comments, messages, and community interactions
Implementing influencer collaborations and partnerships
Running giveaways and engagement campaigns
Monitoring analytics and continuously improving performance
Business Scaling & Revenue Growth (High Priority)
Build and optimize marketing funnels
Create lead generation systems
Improve conversion rates
Launch digital offers and campaigns
Develop upsell and automation strategies
Increase customer lifetime value
Identify new revenue opportunities
Build audience acquisition systems
Scale ecommerce and service-based sales
Support the growth of multiple businesses simultaneously
Content Creation & Creative Direction
Design high-performing content using Canva
Create reels, shorts, and viral videos
Edit and repurpose content across platforms
Write engaging captions and marketing copy
Create thumbnails, graphics, and carousel posts
Produce high-converting ad creatives
Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats
AI & Automation Implementation
Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) for content and marketing workflows
Build automated posting systems
Create AI-powered content pipelines
Implement marketing automation tools
Improve productivity and efficiency using AI
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor audience growth and engagement
Analyze conversion and revenue data
Provide weekly performance reports
Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns
Identify opportunities for improvement
Marketing & Branding Strategy
Position brands for authority and visibility
Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Develop and execute campaign strategies
Support new product and service launches
Assist with overall business growth and expansion

What You Bring to the Role
Required (Non-Negotiable)
Advanced social media marketing experience
Proven results growing social media audiences
Experience creating viral content
Canva expertise
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
Strong short-form video strategy knowledge
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversions
Strong copywriting skills
Excellent English communication
Strong organization and multitasking ability
Experience managing multiple brands

Work Schedule

Must overlap with US business hours
Daily communication required
