JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing, U.S.-based social media marketing agency working with well-known brands—and we’re looking for a highly creative Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team full-time.

This role is 100% focused on social media content. You’ll be responsible for designing and producing engaging visuals and motion content that performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

If you love creating content that actually gets attention, not just looks pretty, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing static social media graphics (posts, carousels, ads, thumbnails, etc.)
• Creating short-form motion graphics and animations for social content
• Supporting video editors with motion elements (text overlays, transitions, effects)
• Adapting content across different platforms and formats
• Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
• Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media-focused design and motion work
• Proficiency in tools like:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro (a plus)
• Deep understanding of what works on social media
• Ability to design content that is both visually appealing AND performance-driven
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Ability to self-manage and work on multiple projects
• Reliable, proactive, and great communicator

Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked with marketing agencies or brands before
• Understand content performance (engagement, CTR, conversions)
• Have experience creating TikTok-style or short-form video graphics
• Can contribute creative ideas, not just execute tasks
