**GRAPHIC DESIGNER — Ongoing Contract (Remote)**

**About Noel Media**
Noel Media is a social media management studio based in Spokane, Washington. We handle content and brand creative for a growing roster of clients across industries, and we're looking for a dedicated designer to keep their visuals sharp, consistent, and on-brand.

**The Role**
You'll be our go-to designer across 5 client accounts, turning briefs into polished social graphics on a steady weekly cadence. Expect about 15 graphics per week, roughly 20–30 hours per month. You'll work directly with me, Kaylee.

**What you'll do**
- Design Instagram carousels, story templates, and feed graphics
- Create ad creative and promotional assets
- Build and maintain brand kits for each client
- Keep each client's visual identity consistent across every post
- Deliver within 2 days of receiving a brief

**You're a fit if you**
- Have a strong portfolio of social-first design
- Work fluently in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Can switch between multiple brands without them blending together
- Communicate proactively and hit deadlines reliably

**Bonus points**
- Motion graphics or Reels covers
- Photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop
- Experience with small businesses or local brands

**Details**
- Ongoing independent contractor role, paid monthly
- Fully remote. Async work is fine, with a short daily overlap with Pacific time for check-ins
- Rate: $12/hr
- Estimated hours: 20–30 per month, with room to grow
