JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, aesthetically sharp Content Repurposer to transform our long-form YouTube videos, research scripts, and existing media on our youtube channels into high-performing visual, written, and short-form assets across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Community, and X. You will not be creating from scratch, you’ll use our core video assets and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Visual & Graphic Creation: Convert scripts and video topics into Pinterest visual pins, Instagram carousels, infographics (cost comparisons, step-by-step guides, charts)
2. Text Adaptation: Adapt video scripts into engaging social text posts, community polls, and formatted blog posts.
3. Digital Product Assets: Design print-on-demand merchandise assets (t-shirts, stickers, posters) and PDF downloadable assets (lookbooks, ebooks, travel guides, templates) derived from top-performing video topics.
4. Workflow & Asset Management: Organize deliverables within Google Drive, log statuses in Trello/Google Sheets, and align all posts with channel content calendars.

Requirements:

1. Strong aesthetic sense suited for lifestyle, travel, fashion, and beauty niches across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
2. High proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
3. Basic video editing capabilities for light short-form cropping and compilation edits (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
4. Complete a test task.

Pay:

- $2 USD per hour
- Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month
- Must have a Payoneer
- Flexible hours (Work on your own time)
