JOB OVERVIEW

Bags and Tags Travel is a luxury travel brand specializing in curated group experiences, including wellness retreats, cruises, and intentional global travel.

We are hiring a structured, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage social media marketing and GoHighLevel automation support.

This is a backend operations role. No client-facing Zoom calls required.

Work Schedule
• 20 hours per week
• Must overlap at least 1–2 hours daily with Central Time (US)
• Daily check-ins required during initial training period
• Weekly end of week status meeting
• Communication via WhatsApp and Email

30-Day Probation Period
This position includes a 30-day probation period to ensure quality, consistency, and communication alignment.
Daily reporting is required during this phase.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing organic social media, engagement, analytics tracking, and marketing automation inside GoHighLevel.

You will research and build itineraries in Travel CRM.

This is not a basic posting job. We are looking for someone who understands structure, systems, and data.

Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Schedule and publish posts
Repurpose content across platforms
Format captions and hashtags
Monitor and respond to comments
Manage DMs using pre-approved scripts
Identify and flag potential leads
Maintain content calendar
Track weekly engagement metrics

GoHighLevel (GHL) Support:
Upload and format email campaigns
Build and maintain workflows
Create and update landing pages
Tag and segment contacts
Create forms and pipelines
Build and test automations before launch
Must be comfortable navigating GHL independently.

Canva Design:
Create branded graphics
Resize content for different platforms
Maintain brand colors and typography
Assist with content batching

Analytics & Planning:
Weekly performance tracking
Monthly social media reports
Conduct quarterly content audits
Identify top-performing content
Suggest improvements based on data

Required Skills:
Strong written and spoken English
Experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
Canva proficiency
Google Workspace proficiency
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Ability to interpret analytics
Strong attention to detail
Strong Organizational skills
Proactive communication
Asana proficiency
CapCut Proficiency
AI research skills (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
