JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based marketing agency looking for a social media manager to run daily posting and engagement across any/all social media platforms, publishing Reels, carousels, and Stories natively from mobile on a set schedule, writing hooks and captions in each account's voice, handling comment replies and DM triage, tracking daily metrics in a shared sheet, and flagging account health issues fast. You need 1+ years managing real accounts you can show me, strong written English, a laptop and smartphone, reliable internet, and at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time. I can provide full written SOPs so you're never guessing — this is a long-term relationship i want to build with someone to be able to join the team with a path into a team lead position.

Must have experience operating, managing, posting, and creating content on ALL Social Media platforms (X, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Facebook, Youtube).
