Who We Are

Rareform Audio and Black Sheep Music are a music and audio post production house specializing in music for movie trailers, ads, film, and TV. We create music for the biggest campaigns in the world. The Foundry is our new product company building sample instruments and tools for music producers and composers. We are a small tight-knit team of A-players who hold ourselves to an obsessive standard of excellence. We don't half-ass anything and we don't settle for good enough when great is possible.

The Role (20-40 hours per week)

Your entire job is being genuinely present and active across our platforms all day. Not creating content — engaging with the right people in the right way at the right time. Commenting, liking, following, DMing, and building real visibility for our brands across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

This sounds simple. It isn't. Anyone can spam generic comments all day. We need someone who actually reads what they're engaging with, watches the clip, listens to the track, and responds like a real human being with a personality and a point of view. Someone who knows when "this is fire ????" is the perfect comment and when something more specific and thoughtful is needed. Someone who stays on top of trends and finds the right ---------- nt to jump in.

You will be managing multiple brand accounts with completely different audiences and tones — from professional relationship building with music supervisors and industry clients on LinkedIn, to creative community engagement with music producers and beatmakers on TikTok and Instagram. You need to be able to switch between those worlds naturally.

What You'll Do

- Comment and engage daily across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube across all brand accounts
- Stay active on music supervisor, editor, and industry professional pages — engage with their work consistently as an ongoing task
- Add and follow clients and industry contacts on Instagram — stay in their notifications in a genuine way
- Send occasional thoughtful DMs that point out something specific and real about someone's work
- Keep up weekly LinkedIn connection building for our personal brand
- Read the room on every single interaction — know what the ---------- nt calls for and deliver exactly that
- Stay current on platform trends and cultural ---------- nts and engage with them naturally when relevant

What We're Looking For

- Exceptional written English — your comments must sound completely human, natural, and personality-driven
- Genuinely plugged into social media culture across multiple platforms
- Creative and witty without being try-hard
- Sharp enough to watch a 60 second clip and say something real and specific about it
- Organized enough to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping anything
- Self-directed and proactive — this role requires initiative all day every day
