We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our digital presence, positioning both companies as trusted and professional leaders within their respective industries.

Role Overview:

The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for both brands. The role focuses on brand positioning, industry authority, and lead generation, rather than entertainment-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop a monthly content strategy tailored to:
Equinox Projects: Construction, project management, compliance, quality, safety, and industry credibility.
Andes Management Services: Restoration, water damage, mould remediation, commercial cleaning, safety, and compliance.
- Align content with business objectives, industry trends, and target audiences.
- Ensure brand tone remains professional, trustworthy, and industry-focused.

Content Creation

- Create high-quality:
Static posts (graphics & branded visuals)
Short-form videos/reels (when applicable)
Educational and informative captions
- Write professional, industry-appropriate copy in clear and correct English.
- Adapt content style per platform:
LinkedIn: Corporate, technical, authority-based
Instagram & Facebook: Visual, educational, brand presence

Publishing & Account Management

- Schedule and publish content on:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Facebook
- Manage posting calendars for both companies.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages (basic interaction or flagging leads).

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts.
- Strong content writing skills (professional and technical tone).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Understanding of brand positioning and industry authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of:
Construction industry
Restoration, remediation, or commercial cleaning services

Deliverables (Expected Output):

- Monthly content calendar for both companies.
- Consistent posting across all platforms.
- Branded, professional content aligned with industry standards.
- Monthly performance report.
