JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based education company in the e-commerce and AI content space. We need a Social Media DM Setter to qualify inbound leads and book sales calls across multiple platforms.
This is not a "send the same template to 500 people" role. You will be engaging real people in real conversations, qualifying them based on specific criteria, and booking calls with our sales team. You need to be fast, personable, and sharp enough to know who is worth pursuing and who is not.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor and engage with every new follower, liker, and commenter on Instagram
Initiate and manage DM conversations on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Respond to inbound messages and comments on YouTube and other channels
Qualify leads using a script framework (you will be trained on this)
Book qualified leads onto sales calls via Calendly
Log all conversations and lead status in our CRM (Close CRM)
Follow up with leads who go cold (day 1, day 3, day 7 sequences)
Hit daily outreach and conversation targets
Report daily metrics: conversations started, leads qualified, calls booked

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT)
Total: 35 hours per week, with potential to increase to 7:00 PM EST as volume grows
This is a graveyard shift. Only apply if you have done night shifts before or are confident you can maintain this long term.

PAY AND GROWTH:
Starting rate: $4.50/hr, paid biweekly via Wise
60-day probation review with raise to $5.00/hr if performance is strong
Performance bonuses based on calls booked and closed deals
Continued raises every 2 to 3 months based on performance
Time tracked via Hubstaff (required from day one)

REQUIREMENTS:
English: B1 (Intermediate) or higher. You will be writing conversational messages to English-speaking prospects all day. Your English must sound natural, not robotic or overly formal.
Typing speed: 50+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
Experience with Instagram DMs or social media outreach (describe what you did, not just "yes I have experience")
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and handling objections
Private, quiet workspace with reliable internet (100+ Mbps) and a backup connection
Own computer, not shared with anyone
Available to start within 3 days
This must be your ONLY client. We need 100% of your focus during working hours.

PREFERRED (not required):
Experience with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Experience with Calendly or appointment booking systems
Previous experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or lead qualifier
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or online education businesses
