We are looking for a self-directed Social Media & Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team. You'll be the voice of the brand on weekends and a key player in day-to-day marketing operations throughout the week.
This is a long-term, full-time remote role with a stable US company that values your initiative and rewards reliability.
SCHEDULE
Wednesday to Sunday OR
Thursday to Monday,
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM PHT). This is a fixed schedule with weekend availability required.
COMPENSATION
$1,200 to $1,300 USD per month, paid consistently every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle all customer service
Manage social media community: respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions across all channels
Serve as the primary social media lead on Saturdays and Sundays
Schedule and post social media content
Support the CMO on marketing projects and special initiatives
Manage marketing assets, storage coordination, and digital organization

WHO YOU ARE
4+ years of experience in a marketing, social media, or customer service role
Exceptional written and spoken English (this will be tested in the interview)
Based in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao City, or another major metro with reliable, fast internet
Comfortable working weekends as part of your regular schedule
Self-starter who doesn't need daily micromanagement
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram,
