Social Media Creator & Manager
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time
We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Creator & Manager to create, execute, and optimize content across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on role. The Founder sets the vision and messaging direction; you execute, refine, repurpose, and manage content aligned with growth and conversion goals.
You will support:
- A Healthcare Continuing Education Company
- A Medical B2B Mentorship Platform
- A Founder-Led Personal Brand
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
Turn founder ideas, voice notes, recordings, and event content into platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok,
You must be comfortable creating LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, carousels, image-based posts, and native video content. Content should feel native to each platform, not duplicated.
Repurposing & Production
Transform Zoom recordings, interviews, event footage, and educational sessions into structured weekly short-form and carousel content.
Batch content, manage organized calendars, and adapt within 24–48 hours when needed.
Growth & Conversion Alignment
Understand how content supports:
Awareness ? Authority ? Trust ? Conversation ? Conversion
Create posts that drive DMs, support registrations, address objections, and align with broader marketing initiatives. We prioritize business results over vanity metrics.
Brand & Visual Judgment
Select strong visuals, maintain cohesive aesthetics, and adapt tone across brands. You should be able to elevate content independently while aligning with the Founder’s direction.
Analytics & Optimization
Track weekly performance, identify top-performing content, and adjust strategy based on data.
Affiliate & Partnership Research
Identify potential healthcare affiliates and support outreach initiatives. Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
