JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly innovative, creative, and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. We aren’t just looking for someone to post pictures; we want a "platform native" who is eager to test new ideas, modify strategies based on data, and help us dominate our niche across all digital touchpoints.

About the Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will own the execution of our digital presence. You will be responsible for:

1. Platform Management & Innovation

Full-Stack Execution: Managing daily operations for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (YouTube is a major plus).

Creative Testing: Constantly bringing new ideas to the table, willing to test different content formats, and quickly modifying based on what the data shows.

KPI Focused: Planning and posting with a clear eye on performance metrics (growth, engagement, and conversion).

2. Content Planning & Partnerships

Calendar Management: Developing and maintaining a robust content calendar (Stories, Reels, Photos, and Videos).

Influencer Relations: Collaborating with creators and suppliers on high-impact campaigns and managing partnership opportunities.

3. Engagement & "Always-On" Presence

Community Moderation: Responding promptly to customer service chats and enquiries to maintain a premium brand experience.

Flexible Monitoring: Checking platforms and messages every 2–3 hours (outside of standard business hours and sleep) to ensure responsiveness and occasionally post timely Stories.

4. Performance Tracking & Admin

Maintaining accurate records of campaigns and providing detailed performance reports.

Supporting the broader marketing team with general administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: Either a background as a Content Creator or previous experience as a Social Media Manager.

Track Record: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a 100k+ follower business account.

Niche Passion: A strong background or genuine interest in furniture, interiors, or fashion.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Australian English (spelling, tone, and cultural nuances).

Mindset: Highly innovative, proactive, and KPI-driven. You must be comfortable with constant testing and refining of content.

Availability: Ability to work flexibly, including checking messages/posting Stories throughout the day/evening.

Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
