We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to help grow our online presence and drive measurable results across our brands. You’ll play a key role in creating and scheduling content, scaling our social media followers and engagement, and running paid campaigns across both social media and Google.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to blend creative storytelling with performance marketing and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
• Create, source, and repurpose engaging on-brand content (images, captions, reels, blogs, and videos).
• Develop strategies to grow followers and boost engagement organically.
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to align content and campaigns with business goals.
• Stay on top of best practices, platform updates, and emerging tools.

Ideal Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
• Experience running and optimizing paid ads on social platforms and Google Ads.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to write in a consistent brand voice.
• Familiarity with SEO, content planning, and community building.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.).
