JOB OVERVIEW

About Me:
I run an online coaching business helping busy women lose stubborn fat and build lean muscle through structured training and strategic nutrition. My content focuses on realistic fat loss advice, strength training for women, and helping women stay consistent even with busy schedules.

I’m looking for a creative and organised Social Media Content VA to help plan and write my social media content each week so I can focus on filming videos and coaching clients.

Your Role:
Your job will be to help plan and write my weekly social media content.

Tasks include:

Writing Instagram Reel hooks

Writing short-form video script outlines

Planning weekly content calendars

Creating Instagram Story ideas and engagement posts

Turning client results and testimonials into content

Researching trending content in the women’s fitness space

Organising content ideas in Google Docs or Notion

Note: I already have a video editor, so your role will focus on content planning, hooks, and script outlines, not video editing.

Example Weekly Deliverables:

20–30 Reel hooks

10 short-form video script outlines

7 days of Instagram Story ideas

Caption ideas

Weekly content planning document

Content Style:
Content should focus on topics like:

Losing stubborn fat

Building lean muscle

Strength training for women

Simple nutrition strategies

Staying consistent with a busy lifestyle

Real client results and transformations

Content should feel relatable, practical, and conversational, not robotic or overly formal.
