JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a Social Media Content VA to help create and schedule posts across multiple client accounts.

This is NOT a typical “be creative and figure it out” role—we have systems, tools, and direction in place. We need someone who can execute consistently, think clearly, and communicate well.

You will be working directly with the owner and plugging into an existing workflow designed for scale.

IMPORTANT:
To show that you pay attention to detail, please include the word “WESTERN” at the very top of your application.

Your Responsibilities:

Write social media captions based on provided prompts, notes, or themes
Generate multiple caption variations for the same post (important)
Schedule content using tools like Cloud Campaign (or similar platforms)
Organize content (photos, videos, captions) for multiple clients
Follow brand voice guidelines for different industries (real estate, retail, church, etc.)
Make light edits or suggestions to improve posts when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written English
Experience using Canva for social media graphics
Experience using a social media scheduling tool (Cloud Campaign preferred)
Ability to write in different tones/voices (not robotic or repetitive)
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable communication and consistency

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience working with multiple client accounts
Basic understanding of marketing or content strategy
Familiarity with US-based brands and audiences
Video editing for basic reels is a huge bonus

Work Details:

Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week)
Opportunity to grow into full-time
Long-term position for the right person

To Apply:

Please include the following:

1. A short paragraph about your experience
2. 2–3 examples of social media captions you’ve written
3. Answer this question:
“How would you write a caption for a western clothing store promoting new spring arrivals?”

We are building a long-term team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
