JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence , from idea to execution.

This role is not just posting. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including planning, writing, designing, and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We need someone who understands how to create content that engages, converts, and builds a brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media content strategy
Create content ideas aligned with brand and campaigns
Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy
Design posts using tools like Canva or similar
Create and edit short videos (Reels / TikTok)
Schedule and publish content consistently
Engage with comments, messages, and audience
Monitor performance and adjust strategy
Stay updated with trends and apply them creatively
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in social media content creation
Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Strong copywriting skills (hooks, captions, CTA)
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Ability to create and edit short-form videos
Understanding of engagement and growth strategies
Organized and able to work independently
Bonus Skills:
Experience with eCommerce brands
Knowledge of UGC content and influencer collaborations
Basic understanding of Meta Ads
Experience working with Australian businesses
Work Setup & Expectations:
Remote role (Philippines-based preferred)
Part-time or project-based to start
Must have stable internet and power connection
Clear communication is required
May require time tracking depending on workload
