ABOUT RAVORA HEALTH
Ravora Health is a growing U.S.-based outpatient mental health practice providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD treatment, anxiety and depression care, and related behavioral health services.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media & Content Specialist to help build Ravora Health into a recognizable and trusted mental health brand.
This role is focused primarily on content creation, short-form video, social media execution, content organization, and brand growth.
We are not looking for someone who simply posts generic motivational quotes, copies content from other accounts, or relies entirely on templates.
We want someone who understands how to create content that is:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SHORT-FORM VIDEO CREATION
A major part of this role will be turning provider footage, Q&A videos, educational topics, and content ideas into engaging short-form videos.
Responsibilities may include:
* Editing provider Q&A videos
* Creating Instagram Reels
* Creating TikToks
* Creating YouTube Shorts
* Adding subtitles and captions
* Creating strong opening hooks
* Removing pauses and unnecessary footage
* Adding B-roll, graphics, or visual elements when appropriate
* Creating clean transitions
* Formatting videos correctly for each platform
* Repurposing one recording into multiple pieces of content
* Creating thumbnails or covers when needed
You should understand how to create engaging content without making a professional healthcare practice look gimmicky or unprofessional.
2. GRAPHIC & CAROUSEL CONTENT
Create branded social media content using Canva or similar tools.
Examples may include:
* Educational carousels
* Mental health infographics
* Provider introduction posts
* FAQs
* Psychiatry myths
* New-provider announcements
* Appointment availability posts
* Insurance updates
* Stories
* Mental health educational graphics
* Practice updates
* Local community content
You will be expected to maintain a consistent visual style across Ravora Health's platforms.
3. CONTENT RESEARCH & IDEATION
Help us continuously generate strong content ideas.
You may research:
* Common patient questions
* Mental health topics
* ADHD questions
* Anxiety and depression topics
* Medication-management questions
* Psychiatry misconceptions
* Trending healthcare and wellness conversations
* Competitor content
* Frequently searched questions
* Seasonal mental health topics
* Local New Jersey mental health topics
* Patient FAQs
* Topics providers can answer on camera
We want someone who can regularly bring us ideas instead of waiting for us to provide every topic.
4. CONTENT REPURPOSING
We want to work efficiently.
One strong piece of provider content may become:
* Multiple Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
* An Instagram carousel
* A
* Several stories
* Multiple X posts
* A Google Business Profile post
We want someone who understands how to adapt content appropriately for each platform rather than simply copying and pasting the same post everywhere.
5. CONTENT CALENDAR & SCHEDULING
Help maintain an organized content system.
Responsibilities may include:
* Creating weekly content calendars
* Maintaining a monthly content plan
* Scheduling approved posts
* Tracking content status
* Organizing provider footage
* Tracking previously published content
* Maintaining a future-content idea bank
* Coordinating approvals
* Organizing captions, graphics, raw video, finished edits, and templates
6. CONTENT LIBRARY MANAGEMENT
Help keep Ravora Health's content assets organized.
This may include maintaining folders for:
* Raw provider footage
* Edited videos
* Graphics
* Canva templates
* Captions
* Thumbnails
* B-roll
* Brand assets
* Published content
* Future content ideas
We want a system that allows content to be easily found and reused.
7. SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING
Monitor basic social media activity such as:
* Comments
* Mentions
* Engagement
* Common questions
* Content performance
Patient-specific medical questions, clinical concerns, or healthcare advice requests must be escalated to Ravora Health staff.
You will not provide medical advice in comments or direct messages.
8. ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE REPORTING
Provide simple weekly and monthly reporting on content performance.
We are interested in metrics such as:
* Views
* Reach
* Engagement
* Watch time
* Video retention
* Shares
* Saves
* Profile visits
* Website clicks
* Top-performing topics
* Top-performing hooks
* Content formats performing best
* Growth trends
We care more about meaningful audience growth and patient acquisition than follower count alone.
9. TESTING & EXPERIMENTATION
We want someone who is willing to continuously test and improve.
Examples may include testing:
* Different video hooks
* Video lengths
* Carousel formats
* Thumbnail styles
* Provider Q&A formats
* Educational topics
* Local content
* Calls to action
* Story formats
* Posting times
You should be able to identify what is working and recommend what we should create more of.
10. BLOG & WEBSITE CONTENT
Help create approximately 1-2 educational blog article per week for the Ravora Health website.
Responsibilities may include:
* Researching relevant mental health and psychiatry topics
* Identifying common patient questions and useful educational topics
* Drafting SEO-friendly blog articles
* Writing clear and easy-to-understand content for patients
* Creating strong titles, headings, and summaries
* Incorporating appropriate local and service-related keywords when relevant
* Repurposing blog content into social media posts, carousels, short-form videos, stories, and other content
* Using AI tools to assist with research, outlining, and drafting while ensuring final content is original, professional, and accurate
Typical articles may be approximately 800–1,200 words.
Examples of topics may include:
* What to expect at your first psychiatry appointment
* ADHD symptoms in adults
* Psychiatry vs. therapy
* When medication management may be appropriate
* Questions to ask a psychiatric provider
* Anxiety and depression education
* Telehealth psychiatry
* Mental health medication FAQs
Because Ravora Health is a healthcare practice, clinical and educational blog content must be reviewed and approved before publication.
The Social Media & Content Specialist is not responsible for making clinical decisions or providing medical advice.
EXPECTED WEEKLY CONTENT VOLUME
We care more about quality and consistency than producing large amounts of low-quality content.
A typical week may include approximately:
* 3–5 polished short-form videos
* 3–5 Instagram/Facebook feed posts, carousels, or graphics
* 15–25 Instagram/Facebook stories
* 10–15 X posts
* 3–5 YouTube Shorts
* Repurposing content across appropriate platforms
* 1 weekly content calendar
* 1 weekly performance summary
* 10+ new content ideas
Much of this content may be intelligently repurposed across platforms.
Content volume may increase as Ravora Health produces more provider footage.

HEALTHCARE CONTENT STANDARDS
Because Ravora Health operates in healthcare, accuracy, professionalism, and patient privacy are extremely important.
You must never create or publish:

* Medical guarantees
* Misleading health claims
* Fear-based healthcare marketing
* Fabricated statistics
* Clinical advice to individual patients
* Content copied from other creators without permission
Clinical and educational content may require review and approval before publishing.
You are not expected to make clinical decisions.
Your responsibility is to turn approved information, research, provider knowledge, and content ideas into strong social media content.

Follower count alone is not our primary measurement of success.
HOURS & COMPENSATION
This is initially a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week.
Compensation: ₱18,000–₱23,000 PHP per month depending on experience, portfolio quality, video-editing ability, and overall skill level.
Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio and strong short-form video skills may be considered above this range.
This role does not require working a full U.S. overnight schedule.
Much of the work can be completed asynchronously during your preferred working hours, although some scheduled overlap with U.S. Eastern Time will occasionally be required for meetings, feedback, and content coordination.
We are looking for a long-term team member.
As Ravora Health grows and our content production increases, there may be an opportunity for this position to expand into a larger or full-time role.
Performance and compensation may be reviewed after the initial 90-day period.
