About True Cloud AI
True Cloud AI is a local managed services provider (MSP) that helps law firms with 5–25 attorneys reduce IT risk, protect client confidentiality, and run more productive practices. We provide IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and compliance-focused technology guidance.
We are not a national agency or a noisy social brand. We are a local, relationship-driven business that wants to become the most trusted technology resource for small law firms in our region.
Role Summary
The Social Media & Content Specialist will own True Cloud AI’s daily social media presence and content marketing efforts.
This role is not about selling on social media. Your job is to build a credible local brand, earn attention from law firm decision-makers and their referral networks, and drive organic traffic to the True Cloud AI website through helpful, educational content.
You will translate technical IT and cybersecurity topics into clear, practical content that helps law firm owners, office managers, and attorneys understand risk, productivity, and compliance — without jargon or scare tactics.
The ideal candidate understands that a 5–25 attorney law firm is not scrolling social media looking for IT support. They know how to create content that appears when those firms search, gets shared by local professional networks, and positions True Cloud AI as a helpful local expert before a sales conversation ever happens.
