JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a reliable, detail-focused SCHEDULER for ongoing, long-term work posting content across social media and YouTube. This is steady contract work for someone who wants a stable role they can grow in.

The work is process-driven — everything runs to clear SOPs and scheduling tools. You're not creating strategy or content from scratch; you're executing a clear, repeatable posting process accurately and consistently, every day. Easy to learn if you're experienced with the tools, and steady once you know it.

The single most important quality is reliability. We need someone who turns up, follows the process exactly, and does not cut corners — and we reward that with steady hours and increases over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Schedule and publish posts across multiple social platforms and YouTube channels using our tools (e.g. Metricool)
- Schedule Amazon and influencer content to our process
- Follow our posting rules exactly — correct platform, correct format, links placed where specified
- Keep posts separated per platform (no combined simultaneous posting)
- Track your work and hit daily scheduling deadlines so nothing is missed
- Flag anything unclear rather than guessing

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

- Proven experience using social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later or similar) — this is not an entry-level or training role
- Have managed scheduling across multiple accounts or channels before
- Strong attention to detail — you follow checklists exactly and don't skip steps
- Reliable, consistent, and able to commit to a daily schedule
- Strong English comprehension (all SOPs and briefs are in English)
- Reliable computer and stable internet
- Comfortable being tracked with ---------- software (screenshots and activity monitoring are standard for this role)

NICE-TO-HAVE (BONUS)

- Experience scheduling across multiple channels or brands at once
- Familiarity with YouTube, Amazon Influencer, TikTok, Instagram
- Interest in tech, gadgets or reviews

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

- US $3.00 – $4.50 per hour, paid in PHP at the current exchange rate
- Your starting rate depends on your experience and how you perform in the test. Increases are earned through proven reliability and accuracy over time — not negotiated
- Contract role, up to 40 hrs/week, starting part-time and scaling as you prove consistent
