JOB OVERVIEW

Tea Parties by Erica Powers and The Tea Blossom are seeking a creative, organized Social Media Content Producer and Manager to turn photographs and video recorded by our team into engaging, polished content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and related platforms.

This is primarily an editing, storytelling, publishing, and content-management role. Our team will provide raw event footage, photographs, product footage, founder videos, and business information. The person in this role must be able to recognize the strongest moments, shape them into compelling stories, and maintain two related but distinct brand identities.

Tea Parties by Erica Powers is a welcoming tea-experience company specializing in private celebrations, corporate gatherings, tea education, rentals, and curated products. Its content should communicate beautiful hospitality, meaningful connection, and stress-free celebrations.

The Tea Blossom is a physical tea-room location. Its content should invite people to visit the location with visually appealing and locally relevant content, attracting tourists, locals, and businesses.

Responsibilities
Edit video into short form Social media Reels.
Create strong opening hooks, on-screen text, subtitles, branded covers, and concise calls-to-action.
Write captions in each brand’s voice.
Turn source videos into multiple pieces of content.
Create carousels, Story sequences, polls, FAQs, and promotional graphics.
Build and manage a rolling content calendar.
Schedule and publish approved content.
Follow platform trends without making the brands feel generic or trend-dependent.
Protect guest privacy and use only appropriate footage.

Expected Weekly Deliverables
One short-form video per brand.
One photo carousel or educational post per brand.
Two Stories per brand.
Captions, cover text, hashtags, location tags, and calls-to-action.
Repurposed versions formatted appropriately for each platform without visible watermarks.

Required Skills
Strong short-form video editing and visual storytelling.
Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Strong writing, proofreading, and caption-writing skills.
Good judgment about pacing, music, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to include the words "Tea Party Magic" at the beginning of your application

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing event services, restaurants, tea or coffee businesses, wedding vendors, or experience-based brands.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.

Success will be measured by improved organic social media metrics, and a recognizable visual identity for each brand.
