Social Media Content Producer *Superstar Only*

We're hiring a Social Media Content Producer to own the daily execution, publishing, and production operations behind our short-form content engine across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is the hands-on execution role on the social team. You take creative direction and turn it into finished, polished, published content - fast, clean, and on-brand, every single day.

You will be working directly with a creator who has over 4 million followers across platforms, with Instagram as the primary channel. Our content operation is structured like a studio with batch production, performance metrics, and AI-native systems. You report to the Content Strategist who sets the creative direction and generates the ideas. Your job is to bring those ideas to life - editing, designing, scheduling, publishing, tracking performance, and keeping the entire production machine running smoothly.

This is a full-time remote position. We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented executor who can produce high-quality short-form content at volume, manage publishing workflows across multiple platforms, and actively use AI tools to increase speed and output. A genuine interest in health, beauty, and strong visual aesthetics is essential - this is the world we operate in, and you need to live and breathe it.

Responsibilities
- Produce 2 to 3 short-form videos and supporting graphics per day, including editing, trimming, captioning, and polishing content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Execute on creative briefs and direction provided by the Content Strategist, turning concepts into finished, platform-ready assets.
- Design on-brand visuals such as carousels, text graphics, thumbnails, and infographics that support the creator's style and messaging.
- Plan, schedule, and publish short-form content across all platforms while maintaining a balanced mix of educational, inspirational, and trend-based formats.
- Follow short-form trends including audio, hooks, captions, and editing styles, and flag relevant opportunities to the Content Strategist.
- Monitor performance metrics weekly and provide insights, recommendations, and data summaries based on watch time, retention, views, and engagement.
- Source and organize trending sounds, audio, and reference content to support the Content Strategist's ideation process.
- Coordinate collaboration posts and identify smart opportunities for creator crossovers and partnership content.
- Keep systems clean in Asana and Google Drive, ensuring clear task ownership, file naming, version control, and a predictable content runway.
- Use AI tools to streamline editing, captioning, clipping, and repurposing workflows to increase daily output and reduce turnaround time.
- Continuously improve and document production workflows to increase the efficiency and scalability of the content system.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience creating and publishing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts with proven results.
- Genuine interest in health, beauty, and aesthetics. You naturally follow this space, understand the visual standards, and have an eye for what looks premium.
- Editing and design expertise in short-form video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut, and strong design ability using Canva or Photoshop, including thumbnails, carousels, text graphics, and supporting visuals.
- Strong ability to take creative direction and execute it accurately and quickly with minimal revision cycles.
- Deep platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats, with a clear understanding of distribution mechanics and platform culture.
- Experience managing posting schedules and publishing workflows across multiple platforms, with strong attention to detail, file organization, and systems management.
- Ability to track and interpret performance metrics such as watch time, retention, views, and engagement, and surface insights to inform strategy.
- AI-forward operator who actively uses AI tools in editing and production workflows. Bonus for familiarity with tools such as Runway, VEO or Flow, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with the Content Strategist, editors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must submit a strong portfolio demonstrating editing, design, and creative execution across multiple short-form formats.
- Recognized for exceptional achievements such as attaining Latin Honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude), performance awards, or demonstrating fast career progression into higher roles.
