JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a talented Social Media Content Manager + Video Editor to help grow a fast-growing entrepreneur/education personal brand across:

Instagram
TikTok
YouTube

Facebook

The majority of our audience speaks Haitian Creole.

You do NOT need to speak Haitian Creole.

We will provide an AI workflow using ChatGPT/Claude that allows you to translate, understand and create content from Haitian Creole videos.

We are looking for someone who understands CONTENT, not simply someone who knows how to schedule posts.

You should understand hooks, storytelling, retention, thumbnails, short-form editing, content repurposing and what makes people stop scrolling.

Your Responsibilities

You will take raw videos, long-form trainings, webinars, photos, testimonials and ideas and turn them into high-quality social media content.

You will:

• Edit TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short-form videos
• Edit long-form YouTube videos
• Add professional captions/subtitles
• Create engaging hooks
• Create Instagram/Facebook carousels using ----------
• Create quote graphics and educational graphics
• Create YouTube thumbnails
• Write captions and CTAs using AI
• Schedule and publish content
• Maintain our weekly content calendar
• Research trending content and competitors
• Monitor analytics
• Report weekly on views, retention, followers, shares, saves and top-performing content
• Recommend new content ideas based on analytics
• Help us increase our content output and social media growth

IMPORTANT — Haitian Creole

You are NOT required to speak Haitian Creole.

You will be given AI tools and SOPs to translate Haitian Creole into English so you can understand the content.

You will then edit the ORIGINAL Haitian Creole video while using the approved Haitian Creole captions we provide through AI.

You must therefore be comfortable using AI extensively.
