As a key member of our growing team, you will develop engaging, high-impact content that showcases the unique spirit of Seniors Helping Seniors®—from caregiver–client stories, to reels that capture everyday magic, to seasonal content that brings smiles to caregivers, seniors, and families alike.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
Create and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that reflects our joyful, relationship-focused brand identity.
Develop high-quality, engaging video reels, stories, static posts, and graphics tailored to each platform
Produce educational and helpful content including:
RN-led care tips
Safety guidance
Aging-well resources
Caregiver spotlight features
Capture and share authentic stories that highlight the meaningful connections between our caregivers and clients.
Develop seasonal and event-based content celebrating seniors, caregivers, holidays, awareness months, and community initiatives.
Brand Voice & Creative Execution
Use our signature Seniors Helping Seniors® bright, whimsical red–yellow–blue brand palette and warm tone to differentiate us from every other home care agency.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
Collaborate with leadership to highlight new services, community partnerships, and organizational milestones.
Engagement & Community Building
Manage daily social media activity including posting, responding to comments/messages, and fostering an uplifting community presence.
Monitor caregiver and family engagement trends to refine content for maximum impact.
Identify creative opportunities to expand reach and deepen connection with seniors, caregivers, and referral partners.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics, conduct monthly insights reporting, and adjust strategy based on what resonates most with our audience.
Stay current with social media trends—especially those relevant to storytelling, senior care, and community engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience creating social media content for a brand—preferably in caregiving, healthcare, lifestyle, or community-based organizations.
Ability to produce compelling reels, short-form videos, and story-driven content.
Strong writing skills with an ability to capture a warm, joyful, compassionate voice.
Experience with design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to translate real stories into visually appealing content that builds trust and connection.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement.
