JOB OVERVIEW

Party & Presents is a personalized party and gifting brand based in Canada. We create custom party decor, favors, wedding products, and other personalized celebration items.

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Content & Growth Lead to take ownership of our organic social media and help us grow awareness, engagement, and sales.

This is NOT just a posting/scheduling role.

We need someone who can look at our products and turn them into content people actually want to watch, save, share and buy from.

What you’ll do:

- Develop content ideas and social media strategy
- Research trends on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest
- Create Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories and graphics
- Edit short-form video using CapCut, Premiere or similar
- Use Canva to create strong social content
- Write hooks, captions and CTAs
- Turn existing product photos/videos into multiple content pieces
- Give our Canadian production team clear shot lists and filming direction
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and ----------
- Track what performs best and adjust the strategy based on data

“Party Favors Kids Will Actually Be Excited to Get”
“Watch Us Turn This Photo Into Party Decor”
“Wedding Favors Guests Will Actually Use”
“POV: Your Husband Said He Didn’t Want a Big Deal Made About Turning 40…”

Who we’re looking for:

- Strong creative instincts and visual taste
- Good Canva/design skills
- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Understands TikTok/Reels and what makes people stop scrolling
- Good at research, hooks and storytelling
- Can work independently and come up with ideas without waiting for the founder
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and brainstorm better
- Strong written English
- Organized, proactive and analytical

Bonus if you have experience with:

E-commerce or physical-product brands
Pinterest
Etsy or Shopify
UGC/influencer content
Social analytics
Photography or creative direction

This is a full-time, long-term role. Some overlap with Newfoundland, Canada business hours will be needed, so please be comfortable with an evening/night schedule in the Philippines.
