**Social Media Content Expert – Viral Growth | Salon (Remote – US Luxury Brand)**

Parlour, a boutique luxury salon brand in the United States looking for a high-performing Social Media Content Expert who specializes in creating trending, viral content that drives real growth across platforms.

This is not a basic posting or scheduling role.

We need someone who understands how to make content that performs — content that gets shared, saves, comments, and new followers.

The Role
- Produce and edit short-form video and photo content (YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, TikTok and more)
- Post and schedule consistently across all platforms, keeping a steady, reliable cadence
- Direct and repurpose one shoot into content built for each platform's format and audience
- Read native analytics and identify what's working, what isn't, and what to double down on
- Build and manage paid campaigns from your best-performing organic content
- Keep everything aligned to a refined, luxury brand standard

Your main responsibility is simple: produce content that trends, travels, and grows the brand.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Content that consistently outperforms on reach and engagement
- A clear, evidence-based read on why specific pieces travel — not just a feeling
- Organic winners systematically converted into paid ads that perform
- Steady, compounding account growth

**Tools You’ll Use**
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, and native platform analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite. YouTube Studio, Pintrest Business Manager).

**Who We’re Looking For**
-3+years creating content for brands (beauty, lifestyle, or luxury a strong plus)
- Proven experience growing accounts through content that actually performs
- Genuinely understands platform analytics and can turn data into decisions
- Strong editing and fast creative output
- A refined aesthetic sense that fits a luxury brand
- Comfortable with EST hours (flexible 8am–8pm)

**Bonus:** experience running paid social, and familiarity with AI/automation tools.

**Details**
Part-time to start (5–20 hours per week) at $6/hour USD.
High performers will be considered for increased hours and full-time.
