About the Role

We are a fast-growing personal brand and business education company in the United States teaching group home and home care business ownership to entrepreneurs nationwide. We have a 100,000+ member >Facebook community, host national conferences, and run live mentorship programs and webinars.

We are looking for a talented, creative Social Media Content Creator and Video Editor who can study our brand voice, create compelling content across platforms, and help us grow our audience consistently.

Your work hours will begin at 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time). Please only apply if you can commit to this schedule.

• Create daily content for Facebook Stories, our Facebook Group, and our personal brand page
• Study existing content, interviews, and videos to write in the brand owner’s voice
• Repurpose and refresh old content into new posts, graphics briefs, and video clips
• Edit videos and upload them across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)
• Write scroll-stopping hooks and captions designed to grow our audience
• Coordinate with our graphic designer using our brand kit (colors, fonts, logos provided) — and create simple graphics yourself when needed
• Support live webinars (scheduling posts, pre/post promotion, uploading replays)
• Help build and execute a content calendar around upcoming events, conferences, and program launches

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience managing social media for a personal brand, coach, or educator
• Can write naturally in someone else’s voice after studying their content
• Know how to write hooks that stop the scroll
• Have video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Understand content repurposing — turning one piece of content into many
• Are familiar with Facebook Groups and audience growth strategies
• Are reliable, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision
