JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

***Applicants based in Metro Manila (Makati, BGC, Quezon City), Cebu City, or Davao City are preferred.***

Hours: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week to start)

This role will support an invitation-only social club creating extraordinary experiences where interesting people meet. We produce intimate dinner experiences, cultural events, and collaborations with some of the city’s most exciting restaurants and brands. Our content is cinematic, design-forward, and focused on storytelling rather than trends.

We’re looking for someone who loves creating beautiful social media content and wants to help build an exciting hospitality and lifestyle brand from the ground up.

About the Role

This is primarily a social media content creation role. You’ll transform existing event footage into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Threads posts, carousels, and stories while helping maintain a polished visual identity across our brand.

You’ll also create Canva graphics that support our social content, email marketing, and event communications. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys both video editing and graphic design.

Responsibilities

* Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Turn one event into multiple pieces of content
* Design Instagram carousel posts
* Create story graphics and promotional assets in Canva
* Design simple email graphics and social media visuals
* Create event announcement graphics
* Update existing branded templates
* Build and maintain content library; Organize photos and video files
* Schedule content across social platforms
* Stay current on social media trends while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has strong experience editing short-form social media videos
* Is highly proficient in Canva
* Has a great eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
* Understands Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
* Writes clear English captions
* Is organized and detail-oriented
* Can work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with some or all of the following is strongly preferred:

* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Higgsfield
* CapCut AI
* Canva AI
* Adobe Express AI
* Midjourney or other AI image generation tools
* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Photoshop
* Lightroom
* Figma
* Basic motion graphics
* Email marketing platforms
