As our Social Media Content Creator & Strategist, your role goes beyond creating content; you’ll be driving impactful engagement, growing our Instagram following, and turning audiences into loyal advocates. We’re looking for someone passionate about digital storytelling, strategic in content planning, and seasoned in managing and scaling Instagram accounts, all while being relentless in the pursuit of excellence.

Role Objectives:

- Elevate Brand Presence: Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice across platforms, with a focus on creating a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience.
- Drive Engagement and Growth: Take ownership of growing our social media footprint. Your goal is to turn creative content into viral sensations, driving a significant increase in followers, engagement, and ultimately, brand loyalty.
- Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and adapting our content strategy to leverage these opportunities. You’ll be expected to continually test new formats and ideas to optimize our social media performance.
- Strategic Content Creation: Produce and oversee the creation of short-form viral videos and other engaging content that not only captures attention but also converts viewers into engaged community members.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from social media analytics to inform strategy and content creation. Your ability to interpret data and adjust tactics will be key to driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign objectives, ensuring that our content strategy supports and enhances overall marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in strategizing and creating social media content, with a strong focus on managing Instagram accounts and growing follower engagement.
- Create, manage, and oversee the production of compelling short-form viral videos, effectively coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze viral video trends, recommending 20-30 repurposing ideas weekly.
Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content for various social media platforms.
- Drive independent initiatives, taking ownership of key results to grow TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platform followers.
- Research and suggest viral formats for continual testing and optimal engagement.
- Craft attention-grabbing viral copies and design visually appealing images.
- Break down social media data to derive insights and test hypotheses for improved performance.
- Develop and execute a viral social media strategy tailored for each platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate product marketing campaigns with social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for integration into strategies.
- Plan and manage the social media calendar for up to a quarter.
