JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media Content Creator to help our client grow their brand presence across platforms popular with GenZ audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce engaging short-form video, graphics, and written content for platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Stay current on trending audio, memes, challenges, and cultural moments and integrate them into content in an authentic way.
- Write captions, scripts, and on-screen text that match the brand voice while resonating with a GenZ audience.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor post performance and provide basic reporting on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the client team via video calls and messaging tools to align on campaigns and creative direction.
- Propose fresh content ideas regularly and take creative initiative without heavy direction.

Required Qualifications:
- Someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media and understands GenZ culture from the inside, not just from research.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms.
- Strong written English communication skills for captions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a content calendar.
- A portfolio or active personal or professional social media presence that demonstrates content quality and creativity.
- Experience creating content that has grown an audience or driven meaningful engagement is a strong plus.
- Reliable internet connection and availability to overlap with client business hours.
