We’re Hiring: Social Media Content Creator & Editor (Reels & Posts)

Location: Remote | Hours: 5–10 hrs/week (with potential to grow)
Industry: Beauty & Lifestyle (Tanning, Eyelash Extensions, and Shed Building)

Our brands all have one thing in common: we help people upgrade their lives, whether that’s through a flawless tan, lashes that feel like YOU, or a custom shed that makes life easier.

We’re looking for a creative, organised Social Media Content Creator/Editor to help us tell our story across multiple businesses. If you’re a social media all-rounder who loves variety, thrives on creating aesthetic and engaging content, and can manage multiple brand vibes, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:
Social Media Content Creation & Editing

Create and edit Reels & TikToks from client transformations, tutorials, and BTS content

Match videos with trending audio and aesthetics for each brand

Write captions that hook, connect, and convert (with CTAs)

Resize/edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook stories

Design branded content in Canva (stories, quote graphics, carousels)

Content Strategy & Repurposing

Repurpose content from lives, blogs, and videos into social-ready posts

Create engaging posts for product/service promos, tips, and brand storytelling

Assist with email campaigns and newsletters for each brand

Maintain consistent brand voice and vibe across all platforms

Content Calendar & Organisation

Manage and update a content calendar for all businesses

Organise Google Drive files and brand assets

Schedule posts using Instagram

Support campaigns during promos, launches, and seasonal pushes

Email Champaigns in Flodesk

What You’ll Need:

? Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different brands
? Obsessed with creating trendy, scroll-stopping content
? Experience using Canva, CapCut (or similar), Google Suite, Flowdesk
? Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities without dropping the ball
? Strong eye for design and detail
? Proactive and full of ideas that align with brand goals
