Role Overview
You will own our social media presence from strategy to execution:
Turn our mission and brand guidelines into consistent, on-brand content.
Create Canva graphics and short-form video (Reels-style) that educate, inspire, and convert.
Post on a clear schedule and track performance so we grow month over month.
This is not a “just post pretty things” role. You’ll be responsible for consistent output and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram &
Create:
Static posts & carousels in Canva
Reels / short-form vertical videos (simple edits, captions, hooks)
Stories and basic graphics for promotions, events, and testimonials
Repurpose: Turn clinic footage, photos, and patient wins into scroll-stopping content.
Post: Schedule content at agreed times, 5–6 days per week.
Analyze: Track KPIs weekly; propose simple tests (hooks, formats, posting times).
Brand: Follow and refine our visual + voice guidelines so everything feels “Bridge City Health.”
Collaborate: Meet with the CEO weekly to review performance, approve strategy, and get input on upcoming campaigns and offers.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
You win in this role when:
Consistency
5–6 feed posts per week, including 3+ Reels.
Daily Stories on weekdays.
Growth
Follower growth of at least 5–10% per month on key platforms.
Reach and impressions trending up month over month.
Engagement & Leads
Engagement rate improving (comments, saves, shares, DMs).
Trackable actions from social: DMs, inquiry forms, or booked new patient visits from social each month.
We’ll review KPIs together monthly. If inputs (content volume/quality) are consistent, we’ll tune the strategy to keep results climbing.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for a brand (health, wellness, or local service a plus).
Strong Canva skills for carousels, posts, and story graphics.
Comfortable editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok style) using tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.
*Solid written English; can write clear, educational, and friendly captions.
Able to follow brand guidelines and also bring ideas for improvement.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to overlap at least 2–3 hours with US business hours for check-ins.
Nice to Have
Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of analytics (reach, saves, shares, CTR, etc.).

Competitive monthly salary in PHP, based on experience and portfolio.
