ABOUT US

Relay Direct is a UK field marketing and direct sales agency. We build and deploy trained sales and brand ambassador teams for clients across the United Kingdom, and we also run marketing for a sister agency.

The sales side of our business works. The marketing side needs someone to own it properly. That is this role.

We already have the raw material - videos, images, client work, real results. What we do not have is one person turning all of it into a consistent stream of content that makes us look like the best agency in our space.

This starts hands-on. For the right person, it grows into overseeing multiple accounts and eventually managing a small team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own the social media calendar across our brands (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create AI explainer videos using Claude, Higgsfield and Kie.ai (we will train you on our exact workflow)
- Edit and finish video in CapCut or Premiere
- Schedule and publish everything (Metricool, Buffer, Later or similar)
- Write blog posts and LinkedIn posts that sound human, not AI-generated
- Turn the videos, images and case studies we provide into content that showcases our work
- Build simple landing pages and funnels (GoHighLevel, Webflow, Framer or WordPress)
- Report on what is working and adjust

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must have:
- Proven experience running social media for a business or agency, with work you can show us
- Strong written English - you will be writing for a UK audience
- Confident using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow
- Video editing ability - CapCut is fine
- Canva or equivalent design skills
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
- Full-time availability with overlap into UK hours (Mon-Fri)

Nice to have - these push you to the top of our list and the top of the salary range:
- Hands-on with AI video tools: Higgsfield, Kie.ai, Runway, Veo, Sora, HeyGen
- Funnel and website building: GoHighLevel, Webflow, Framer, WordPress
- Email marketing and SEO / blog writing
- Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads

WHAT WE OFFER
