JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a creative and reliable social media content assistant to become a long-term part of my growing personal brand.

I'm a career coach, business mentor, based in Miami. My content focuses on career growth,
personal development, financial freedom, and entrepreneurship.
What you'll do:
Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts.
Design beautiful Canva carousels and graphics
Turn one video into multiple pieces of content
Write captions using ChatGPT (I'll provide the ideas and direction).
Schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook.
Create story content.
Generate content ideas based on my niche
Keep my social media content organized and consistent

Requirements:
Excellent English
Experience with CapCut, captions (or similar video editing software)
Excellent Canva skills
Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools
Experience managing social media for a coach, consultant, or personal brand (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Bonus Skills:
knowledge of Instagram growth
Understanding of branding and storytelling
Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms
