Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We’re building a fast-growing online brand focused on short-form content and social media growth, and we’re looking for a reliable, creative content assistant to help scale our output.

This is a long-term role with clear progression into a higher-paid management position.

???? Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for editing, repurposing, and posting daily content, as well as helping grow and manage multiple Instagram accounts.

Your role is to turn raw content into consistent, high-performing posts.

???? Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels-style content)
Repurpose old content into new clips

Manage and post daily on:

A secondary Instagram account

A brand-new Instagram account (built from scratch)

Help grow and target USA & UK audiences

Clip content into engaging short segments (3–10 seconds, hooks, loops)

Organize content folders and schedule posts ahead of time
Maintain daily posting consistency

Bring content ideas and trends to the table
Suggest viral-style posts, hooks, and formats
If your ideas are approved and perform well, you’ll receive performance bonuses

???? Strong performers can earn an extra $200–$300+ per month from bonuses alone

???? Requirements
Experience editing short-form content (CapCut / Premiere Pro / similar)
Strong understanding of viral content + Instagram growth
MUST understand how to target specific audiences (USA / UK)
Consistent and reliable (no missed posts)
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Good English communication

?? Work Structure
Work is expected 7 days per week
However, workload is flexible:
Some days are lighter
You can prepare content in advance
You may take 1–2 days off as long as content is scheduled and posted

Starting Salary: $300/month
Performance Bonuses: Up to $200–$300+ monthly
Pay increases as workload and responsibility grows
