Detail-Oriented Social Media & Content Assistant (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

I’m looking for a detail-oriented and visually strong content assistant to support my personal brand, Wild Lotus Tarot.

Wild Lotus Tarot is a premium, social media-led brand delivering intuitive guidance and transformational insight to a global audience of 140,000+ across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

This role is focused on content execution, organisation, and support. You’ll be working closely with the founder to ensure content is produced, scheduled, and managed consistently to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production & Scheduling
Edit and upload YouTube videos (training provided)
Assemble short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) from provided assets
Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Repurpose content across platforms
Maintain organised content folders and file systems

SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
Post and schedule content
Engage with audience through likes and simple replies (templates provided)
Monitor and flag important comments or messages
Assist with DM sorting and lead organisation

CLIENT & REPORT SUPPORT
Extract transcripts from readings
Use structured prompts to generate AI-assisted report drafts
Format and prepare report documents (Adobe InDesign / Photoshop)
Organise and package files for delivery

GENERAL SUPPORT
Maintain content tracking spreadsheets
Assist with light research (content formats, references, trends)
Support ongoing organisation and system improvements

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail (essential)
Strong visual eye and attention to aesthetic detail
Good written English
Ability to follow instructions closely and work independently

EXPERIENCE WITH:
YouTube uploads and backend
Instagram & TikTok posting and scheduling
Basic video editing (iMovie or similar)

INTERMEDIATE SKILLS IN:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
(Licences can be provided if needed)
Understanding of social media content performance and basic content optimisation
Comfortable using Google Drive and managing files

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Organised, reliable, and consistent
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual presentation
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
Proactive and able to take initiative when tasks are complete
Interested in long-term work
Experience in a similar content or assistant role

HOURS & PAY
Approx. 10–15 hours per week
