JOB OVERVIEW

Part-time to start, with strong potential to move to full-time within 6 months.

Mushmore Supplements is a mission-driven mushroom wellness brand, and we're looking for a social media–savvy virtual assistant who can take our Instagram and Facebook presence to the next level — and who's comfortable being a real voice in our community, including moderating our Signal group chats.

This isn't just a content-scheduling role. We want someone who genuinely gets our world (mental wellness, functional mushrooms, psychedelics community-building) and who's excited to use AI tools to work smarter and create better content, faster.

What You'll Do:
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram and Facebook — think "Microdosing Monday" tips, repurposed content, community spotlights, and Reels/short-form video.
Moderate and actively participate in our Signal community group chats — answering questions, keeping conversations on-brand and welcoming, and flagging anything that needs our attention.
Respond to DMs and comments, and support our ManyChat automations.
Handle basic video and image editing to keep content fresh.
Write snappy, warm, on-brand copy for posts and captions.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.) to speed up content creation and generate fresh ideas.

Who You Are:
Experience moderating an online community or group chat — you know how to keep a space warm, on-topic, and safe without killing the vibe.
Strong writing skills and a good eye for simple video/image edits.
Comfortable using AI tools daily, or eager to get fluent fast.
Familiar with mushrooms, psychedelics, or mental wellness spaces — or genuinely curious and willing to learn.
Reliable, self-directed, and excited to grow with a small, mission-driven team.

Hours & Pay:
Part-time to start. Strong potential to grow into a full-time role within the next 6 months based on fit and performance.
