We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Social Media Community Manager to handle Instagram and TikTok comments, DMs, caption drafts, and post scheduling across multiple client brands. This role focuses on day to day execution of our content operations. You will work closely with our Content Strategist and the broader team to make sure every post lands on time and represents each brand well.
Responsibilities:
Reply to Instagram and TikTok comments using brand guidelines
Respond to DMs and escalate leads, pricing questions, or sensitive messages
Hide or report spam or inappropriate comments
Draft first version captions based on examples and brand voice
Schedule approved posts using Metricool
Pull weekly performance metrics for each client
Follow brand voice instructions and SOPs closely
Flag anything unclear instead of guessing
Bring small improvements and observations to the team
Requirements:
Strong written English
Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
Comfortable following brand voice guidelines across multiple clients
Organized and detail oriented
Familiar with scheduling tools (Metricool preferred, others OK)
Reliable internet and consistent availability
Some overlap with EST business hours preferred
Nice to Have:
Experience working with US based clients
Agency experience
Community management for multiple brands
Hours and Growth:
This role starts at 12 - 15 hours per week with room to grow to 25 to 30 hours as the agency scales. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term, not just fill a short term contract.
